Bob Dylan 1963 Handbill / Mailer for Carnegie Hall Concert An unused summer 1963 handbill / flyer / postcard mailer selling tickets for two shows at New York City's esteemed Carnegie Hall: Peter, Paul & Mary on September 28 and Bob Dylan on October 26.

This was occurring at the exact moment PP&M were taking Dylan's "Blowin' in the Wind" and "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right" into the national Top 10, and promoter Harold Leventhal was making hay with it. Dylan's most recent album was The Freewheelin'; his third album wouldn't come out until early the following year. Surprising to see such an old photo of Dylan being used by Leventhal for this flyer; the 1962 corduroy-cap look was certainly passe by then for the exploding Dylan.

Measures 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" and is in beautiful crisp Near Mint condition with just one eensie-weensie corner bump. COA from Heritage Auctions.
