Bo Diddley 1959 Park Palace Ballroom, New York Concert Handbill. An original vintage advertising flyer for a Pre-Valentine Breakfast Dance at the Park Palace Ballroom in New York, NY featuring "The Great Bo Diddley and His Band" plus many others on Friday, February 13, 1959.

"I'm Sorry" is the song title given by Bo's name, and that was his brand new single on Checker/Chess Records that would be a Top 20 R&B hit for him this spring. This would be a good year overall for Bo, because he'd follow "I'm Sorry" with two more R&B hits, "Crackin' Up" and "Say Man."

A really fun graphic presentation highlights this piece, printed in lavender on white paper. Measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and grades to Mint condition. There is only a printer's flaw which left a line of the purple ink crossing through the "Park Palace Ballroom" wording and the white margins on either side of it. As part of the original printing, this is not considered damage. COA from Heritage Auctions.
