FD-97 original poster, artwork by Chris Johnson, for shows dated 21-23 December, 1967. 6. FD-39, second printing with no Bindwood credit, artwork by Mouse and Kelley for a show dated December 17, 1966. 7. FD-4 third printing, artwork by Wes Wilson for Love shows dated April 8-9. 8.
