BG-38 Grateful Dead 1966 Fillmore Auditorium Concert Poster Graded 9.8. First-printing San Francisco concert poster for the Grateful Dead, the James Cotton Blues Band and Lothar & the Hand People playing at the Fillmore Auditorium on Friday thru Sunday, November 18-20, 1966. Veteran psych poster collectors know this is one of the tough titles to get from '66, which is why we can say this is the very first occasion Heritage has ever offered this poster at auction. And we're starting at the top: It's been graded a sublime 9.8 Near Mint/Mint by CGC (the Certified Guaranty Company).

Known as BG-38 in the Bill Graham numbered series, this poster playfully names the cities the two support acts hailed from, making the stand a true coast-to-coast presentation.
