Description

Beatles Heswall Jazz Club, Liverpool Handbill (1962). This period was a very busy time for the Beatles: Ringo had joined the band only a month or so ago, John and Cynthia had just married, and the group had just been in the studio with George Martin, recording their first single, Love Me Do (which wouldn't be released for another ten days). Joining the lads for this early appearance were fellow Scousers Gerry and the Pacemakers. The handbill, printed in dark blue on light blue paper measuring approximately 5.5" x 10.5", is in Very Good+ condition, with one small stain and light edge wear. Fabulous!
