Here's a flashy set of postcards for Family Dog concerts at the Avalon Ballroom, including FD-51 Quicksilver Messenger Service/Miller Blues Band ("Peacock Ball" design by Victor Moscoso, March 10-11, 1967), FD-53 Quicksilver Messenger Service/John Lee Hooker ("Plains of Quicksilver" by Moscoso, March 22-23, 1967), FD-54 Grateful Dead/Quicksilver Messenger Service ("Three Indian Dudes," March 24-26, 1967), FD-58 Quicksilver Messenger Service/John Hammond ("Pot" design by Rick Griffin, April 21-22, 1967), FD-81 Youngbloods/Other Half ("Mist Dance" by Moscoso, September 15-17, 1967), FD-85 Vanilla Fudge/Charles Lloyd Quartet ("Dian," small piece of tape on reverse otherwise NM, September 29-October 1, 1967), FD-86 Blue Cheer/Lee Michaels ("Flower Pot," October 6-8, 1967), FD-88 Van Morrison/Daily Flash ("Ohm," October 20-22, 1967), FD-89 Quicksilver Messenger Service/Sons of Champlin ("Mornin Papa" by Griffin/Mouse, small creases in upper left corner, otherwise NM-, October 27-29, 1967), FD-91 Youngbloods/Mad River ("Sunny Side In," November 10-12, 1967), FD-106 Youngbloods/Mount Rushmore ("One Hundred Six," February 16-18, 1968), and FD-141 Grateful Dead/Lee Michaels (October 11-13, 1968). All cards are unused, with a "Place Stamp Here" reverse, and are in NM- or better condition except where noted.
