13th Floor Elevators/Quicksilver Messenger Service Avalon Ballroom Concert Poster FD-28 Signed By Stanley Mouse (Family Dog, 1966). First printing with "Bindwood Press San Francisco" credit to lower right corner. The poster advertises two shows in San Francisco on Sept 30 and Oct 1, and is signed in pencil by Mouse with his distinctive caricature. Measures 14" x 20". In Very Good Plus condition with pinholes to corners, some wear to corners and edges, mild toning.Literature: See Grushkin, Paul, The Art of Rock Posters from Presley to Punk, Abbeville Press, New York, 1987, p.97 (illus.).
