Jimi Hendrix at Monterey Pop 1967 B&W Photograph Struck by Photographer Bruce Fleming (8/50). A terrific shot of the legendary Jimi Hendrix ripping into his guitar on stage at the Monterey Pop Festival on Sunday evening, June 18, 1967 - his breakthrough U.S. performance that quickly rocketed him to stardom. Captured by fine art/music photographer Bruce Fleming, who made this silver gelatin print from the original negative in recent years, and then signed and hand-numbered the piece "8/50" in the bottom margin just below the vertical image. Overall size is 15 ¾" x 19 ¼" with image itself measuring 13 ¼" x 16 ¼". In excellent, new condition. COA from Heritage Auctions.
