    Description

Elvis Presley Candid Photos Used in Elvis (Rolling Stone Press/Times Books, 1982). A great selection of 13 candid b&w photos of "the young Elvis" by photographer Robert Williams circa 1956-57, that were featured in the Rolling Stone publication Elvis. The shots feature Elvis boxing, riding a motorcycle, playing a piano and singing with his mother and father, at work with Colonel Tom, kissing a date, and more. All are 8" x 10", except the one of Elvis kissing a date, which is 13½" x 16½", and is matted to an overall size of 20" x 15". The photo of Elvis playing the piano, with his parents accompanying him in song has also been matted, to an overall size of 10" x 15". The vintage photos are in overall Very Fine condition, and are accompanied by a letter from Rolling Stone to the photographer acknowledging the return of the photos and thanking him for allowing the use thereof. A fantastic set of rare images of the King when he was in his Rock and Roll prime!

The movie quite literally changed my life. I have included a pic of me in Sly's Rocky 3 Cashmere overcoat, would much appreciate if it is possible for you to forward this email to Sly to let him know the overcoat is in good hands, and will be well taken care of, (as will be the Rambo knife forging tools, the other lot I won!) Wish you very happy holidays and a great 2016!
