    Description

Beatles - Portfolio of Six Signed Astrid Kirchherr Prints (1960-1963). Six iconic Astrid Kirchherr photographic prints, each a glimpse into the early days of the most popular Rock & Roll band of all time, the Beatles. Included here are extreme close-ups of a young George Harrison and early bassist Stuart Sutcliffe; a fantastic shot of a seated Ringo, smiling ear-to-ear; an artistic double-exposure of Sutcliffe in Rockabilly dress; a great photo of Harrison being served soup in a restaurant; and a close-up portrait of flamboyant Liverpool rocker Rory Storm. All prints autographed by Kirchherr in silver-paint, black felt-tip, or pencil. Prints vary slightly in size from 19.75" x 23.25" to 19" x 24". Fine. From the Ulf Kruger Archive.
    COA from Heritage Auctions.
