DescriptionBeatles In Dallas Photos and Negatives. The Beatles arrived in Dallas, Texas on September 18, 1964. On hand to meet them was Dallas Times Herald photographer John Mazziotta, who snapped this group of over 100 shots. Mazziotta's 10 year-old daughter, Jan, wanted to attend the concert, but safety issues kept her at home, so as compensation, she was gifted the collection of original negatives taken of the band; they've been in her possession ever since, up until now. "These are some of the most treasured things I've ever had," Jan related to Heritage, "but it's time for them to make an appearance, for people to re-enjoy them." This historic group of photo prints, contact sheets, and original negatives includes copyright ownership, and are in Excellent condition. Go to HA.com and magnify the images! A group of six Beatles pinback buttons, c. 1964-67, is also included averaging Very Good condition.
