Whitney Houston - Original Oil Painting by Artist Romero Britto, 1991. A colorful and vibrant painting on canvas, 31.5" x 31.5" (sight size), and signed at lower left "Romero Britto © 1991". Also titled and signed on the back of the canvas "Whitney Houston by Romero Britto © 1991". Frame measures 39" x 39". We note a couple of minor scratches on the frame liner and one insignificant scratch near the right edge of the painting. Very Fine Condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the Estate of Whitney E. Houston.

Romero Britto is a leading Brazilian artist, painter, serigrapher, and sculptor in the Neo-Pop movement, showing influences of Cubism and Fauvism. He has been exhibited in more than 100 countries and his works have been collected by many celebrities including Michael Jordan, President George Bush, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and of course, Whitney Houston.
