Storm Thorgerson/Hipgnosis Sad Café Misplaced Ideals Magazine Ad Art Photo (RCA, 1978). A bizarre image created by Storm of a young man who seems to be pulling off his face, only to reveal another beneath his skin. It was created for the second album by Sad Café, the band fronted by Paul Young (of Mike and the Mechanics fame). This is the original "back in the day" black and white photo, treated with airbrush, that was used for a print ad. It features an image area of approximately 11.25" x 14.5", and is in Excellent condition. It's signed on the back by Storm, and features the Hipgnosis stamp. From the Storm Thorgerson Collection.
