Jimi Hendrix "Up From the Sky" Art Collage by Anthony Brown. An original work of art, in oil and collage, of the greatest guitarist and musical visionary of the modern age. Utilizing a collection of newspapers, photographs, memorabilia, reproductions, certificates, song lyrics, and more, collected by the artist over a 40 year time span, and painted on by the artist in his own distinctive and revolutionary style. Anthony Brown recently painted commissioned portraits of Queen Elizabeth and Amy Winehouse, and is considered one of the hottest new painters in the art world. This piece is quite spectacular and really must be seen in person to appreciate its magnificence!The artwork is on canvas, with an approximate image area of 47.5" x 59.5". There are a few minor bumps in the corners; otherwise, this is in Excellent condition. A certificate of authenticity is included.
