Grateful Dead -- Jerry Garcia Signed Limited Edition #201/500 Lithograph Garcia/Grisman (1993). Guitarist Jerry Garcia is best known as one of the founding members of the Grateful Dead, a consummate musician who wrote many of the Dead's signature songs and guided their musical identity for nearly three decades until his untimely death in 1995. Garcia was also an accomplished visual artist who, as a young man, had studied at the California School of Fine Art. He continued to draw and paint throughout his life, and a group of his paintings were later used for a best-selling line of men's neckties. A number of his artworks were also issued as limited edition prints, and Heritage is proud to offer a number of these works which were held in a prominent California collection.
This large lithograph titled "Grisman/Garcia" replicates Jerry's original artwork for the 1993 children's music album he made with bluegrass musician David Grisman, titled Not For Kids Only. It is both plate signed and artist signed in pencil in the lower right, and also titled with the edition number 201/500 in pencil at the bottom. The print images measures 10.5" x 12", and has been beautifully matted with a cobalt blue border and matching frame measuring 17.5" x 19". In Excellent condition with a few scratches to the frame.

The movie quite literally changed my life. I have included a pic of me in Sly's Rocky 3 Cashmere overcoat, would much appreciate if it is possible for you to forward this email to Sly to let him know the overcoat is in good hands, and will be well taken care of, (as will be the Rambo knife forging tools, the other lot I won!) Wish you very happy holidays and a great 2016!
