Beatles Yellow Submarine Animation Cel and Production Drawing Group of 3 (United Artists/King Features, 1968).This lot includes two hand-painted production cels from the classic Beatles animated feature film. First, we have a small full figure image of George as seen from behind; the image is approximately 3" tall, and is matted and framed (without glass) over an original production drawing of three apples, drawn in graphite on 3-peghole 16 field paper. The second item is a matted and framed two-cel setup of an Apple Bonker, with four green apples in the foreground; the Apple Bonker is approximately 4" x 6.25", while the group of apples measures 4.5" x 5.5". Included separately is a rough layout drawing of the Apple Bonkers on 3-peghole 16 field paper. The drawing is in Very Good condition, while the cels are in Excellent condition. Frames measure 19/75" x 15.75". From the Uwe Blaschke Beatles Collection.
