    Description

The Beatles: George Harrison's Hair! A unique "piece" of history for the diehard Beatlemaniacs, offered here is a grouping of strands of George Harrison's hair, originally obtained from George Harrison himself. Consisting of approximately 25 strands ranging in size from .50" to 2", Harrison originally gave these strands of hair to Beatles Fan Club secretary Freda Kelly as part of a promotion for the Fan Club. Accompanied by a color copy of the original envelope given to Kelly on which Harrison wrote, "Real George Harrison Hair (13/ Got a bunch)." Also accompanied by a printout from Freda Kelly in which she recalls how she acquired the hair. Encased in a 3.5 x 2.5 mylar sleeve that is affixed to a certificate of authenticity from the company that eventually acquired the hair, Handmade Investments. Very cool! From The Tom Fontaine Music Memorabilia Collection.
