    Description

The Beatles Photograph by Jurgen Vollmer Hamburg Germany Framed (1961). The stints the Beatles did in Hamburg, Germany are widely credited with turning them from just another teenage band in Liverpool into a tight rock band. Jurgen Vollmer went to see the Beatles play several times at the Top Ten Club in Hamburg, Germany. At the time he was a student of photography, and was attracted by their fantastic looks and of course, their great sound. Jurgen became friendly with them and one afternoon when the club was empty, arranged a photo session. He photographed some of their most iconic images. This enlarged photograph measures approximately 28" tall by 22" wide in frame. This image is from his book, Rock n Roll times. Showing some wear but will look great on the wall. John Lennon liked Jurgens work and later used one of his mages for the cover of the 1975, Rock n Roll album. From the Connie and Dennis Dailey Monumental Beatles Collection. COA from Heritage.
