DescriptionThe Beatles Original Yellow Submarine Ringo Starr Alternate Paint Prototype Porcelain Figurine by Goebel (1968). A one of a kind psychedelic hand-painted 8.5" tall figurine manufactured in Germany by the venerable Goebel Company in 1968. On the bottom of the right foot is an impressed "BULL 307" with "1968" on the left along with the three line "© by/ W. Goebel/ W. Germany" in blue. He is hand painted in all blue top coat and pants.
This is one of the alternate prototypes painted in a different color from the ones officially released in 1968. We believe this is a one off example and a great display piece. In overall Near Mint condition. Do not miss out on this unusual stand alone prototype from the days of Pepperland.
