The Beatles Original Advertisement for 1965 Shea Stadium Concert. The first major Rock and Roll arena concert took place at New York's Shea Stadium on August 15, 1965, when Beatlemania was at its height. During the gig, John, Paul, George, and Ringo were nearly overwhelmed by a record 55,600 screaming fans, many of them young women. This original 12" x 9.5" advertisement for "The Beatles in Person!" features shots of all four "Beatle haircuts." In Fine to Very Fine condition with one center fold and minor creases.
