The Beatles Lot of Three Vinyl Autograph Books (US, Circa 1965).
Each identical in form, the only difference being the color of the vinyl, which this lot apparently contains all known variations. Each measures 6" x 4.75" and features a color photograph of the Beatles on the front cover. Each of these has been pre-owned by a typical teenager of the 1965 and one contains a few bon mots typical of the species – "Stay Alive in ‘65", "When you get married, / and have twins / Don't come to me / For safety pins". On the "My Favorites" page of another the young lady lists her favorite movies as "My Fair Lady, Hard Day's Night, Help" and her favorite singers as "Peter & Gordon, Beatles, Paul McCartney (Help)". Only one other entry appears in this autograph book but it ends with "Day after seeing "Help."" One of the three only has the owner's name written in it and no additional entries. All are in very good condition. From the Connie and Dennis Dailey Monumental Beatles Collection. COA from Heritage Auctions.
