    Description

The Beatles Lace-Up Wing Dings Sneakers in Original Box Plus Postcard (NEMS, circa 1960s). A rare pair of white, pointed-toe, low-cut canvas shoes in the lace-up style. With a pattern of Beatle faces, logos, and facsimile signatures. The original box is included with a handsome graphic on the top of the Beatles, their facsimiles autographs, and the text "Beatles Sneakers by Wing Dings" printed on them. The original color Wing Dings tissue packing sheet is still in the box. Size 75M. Made in USA stamped into the rubber sole. Shoes appear like new with age fading and yellowing. Box has some wear and will display well. One end of the box shows writing in pen: "Girls 9 1/2 ." Postcard has yellowing and measures approx: 3 ½" by 5 ½". Excellent for display. It's getting harder to find an example in this condition. Get this one here. From the Connie and Dennis Dailey Monumental Beatles Collection. COA from Heritage Auctions.
