    Description

The Beatles First Billboard Ad Tearsheet (1963). This rather plain-looking red and black full-page ad for Vee-Jay records, from the March 2, 1963 issue of Billboard, includes the very first American advertisement in that publication for the Beatles. Among the many Vee-Jay releases, including spotlighted single "Walk Like a Man" by the Four Seasons, is a small rectangular mention of the "No. 5 in Britain" release, "Please, Please Me" by "Beatles," Vee-Jay #498. The sheet is in VG condition, with pen markings on the reverse side
