San Francisco Oracle Issues (6). A collection of six original, different volumes of San Francisco Oracle, also known as The Oracle of the City of San Francisco. Long before alt-weeklies and fanzines, there were underground newspapers, and Oracle was one of the best. Founded in San Francisco, with its psychedelic imagery and thought-provoking writing, the paper ran for a dozen issues from 1966 until 1968. The collection of includes volumes 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. Overall, in Very Good condition. All have toning, along with with creasing and fold marks. COA from Heritage Auctions.
