Prince - Plaster Face Cast From Glam Slam Nightclub In Minneapolis (circa 1990). Silver painted, with back inscribed "Durham / Wilensky". Measures 12.5" x 10.5". In Very Good condition. There are two nails protruding from the back and front that have been molded into the head, making the initial display easier. A mounting bolt is also visible from the back, with two small gouges to the forehead and several minute abrasions and scuff marks to the face. There are five patches of construction adhesive to the back.

This is is one of several face casts of Prince that were used to adorn the tops of columns in the VIP lounge of Glam Slam, a nightclub in Minneapolis co-owned by Prince in the early-to-mid 1990s. As his appearance reflects Prince from the Graffiti Bridge period (circa-1990), this plaster cast matches Prince's visage from the era magnificently. An incredible rarity.
