    J. D. Sumner's TCB Necklace from Elvis Presley. A diamond-encrusted necklace featuring Elvis' famous "TCB" lightning bolt logo, personally given to J. D. Sumner by Elvis. J. D. had befriended a young Elvis in the early 1950s and made a lasting impression upon the future King of Rock and Roll. Presley loved gospel music and going to the monthly performances by Sumner's group, the Blackwood Brothers Quartet at Ellis Auditorium in Memphis. He was a familiar face to Sumner, and after not seeing Elvis for a while, he wondered why the earnest young man had quit attending. Then before a performance Sumner noticed Elvis hanging around the front of the venue where the group members would greet their fans before a show, sign autographs, and sell records and photos. When Sumner asked Elvis where he'd been lately, he admitted he just didn't have the money to attend. Sumner suggested that Elvis go a back door and tell the doorman that "J. D. said I could get in."
Sumner wore his necklace with pride and dedication to one of his best friends and favorite entertainers (Presley's was the only music Sumner listened to aside from his own). Sumner wore the necklace almost constantly, and as a result it may be the most-photographed TCB necklace in circulation. He later gave it to his daughter Shirley shortly before his death in 1998. This ornate version of the necklace was custom-made for Elvis' close friend and band member, truly one-of-a-kind, boasting 17 sparkling diamonds. A stunning item in Excellent condition. From the J. D. Sumner Estate. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Shirley Sumner Enoch.

The movie quite literally changed my life. I have included a pic of me in Sly's Rocky 3 Cashmere overcoat, would much appreciate if it is possible for you to forward this email to Sly to let him know the overcoat is in good hands, and will be well taken care of, (as will be the Rambo knife forging tools, the other lot I won!) Wish you very happy holidays and a great 2016!
