Eric Clapton Large Lot of Ephemera Ranging From the Cream, Delaney and Bonny and Friends, Derek and the Dominos and His First Solo Album (UK, 1966-1970). Includes: 1) Cream: Three 7.25" x 10" black-and-white photographs of Eric with Cream, circa 1967. Two of the photos are good studies of Eric playing the "The Fool" - his Gibson SG against a bank of Marshall amps. Both are in very good condition. The other shot is of Eric appearing to be in the audience of a concert. A 2" x 2.5" portion of the surface of the photo is lacking. 2) Delaney and Bonnie and Friends: Concert booklet for the 1969 British tour, December 1 through 7, 1969; ticket stub for the Sheffield City Hall concert, December 4, 1969; postal booking slip for purchasing tickets to the Birmingham Town Hall show, December 3, 1969; ticket for a Marquay Club, Torquay Town Hall concert August 21, 1970. All items in very good or better condition. 3) Derek and the Dominos: handbill for an August 21, 1970 concert at the Marquay Club in Torquay. "Eric Clapton Presents His New Band Derek and the Dominos"; pictorial tour program for a tour with Brett Marvin and the Thunderbolts, includes band biographies; Polydor records Layla promo. All items in very good or better condition, though the tour book has some modest water damage. 4) Miscellaneous: Polydor records promo for Eric's first solo album; Polydor German promo card with printed Clapton signature and inexplicably an original color photograph of Humble Pie guitarist Clem Clempson (who I suppose could be mistaken for Eric!).Auction Info
