Description

Elvis Presley "Thank You" Ad to Milton Berle (1956). A special 12" x 18" double-sided ad from Presley and Colonel Tom Parker, thanking Milton "Mr. Television" Berle for having Elvis on his April 3, 1956 show, and also promoting the singer's April 4-5 performances at the San Diego Arena. Elvis performed "Shake, Rattle & Roll," "Heartbreak Hotel," and "Blue Suede Shoes" before a live studio audience, and he made a repeat performance on the show two months later. The poster is in Very Fine condition with mild to moderate toning and two horizontal fold creases, and is framed in a 14.25" x 20.5" double-sided display that makes both sides visible.
