Elvis Presley's Gold and Diamond Cameo Ring. This heavy nugget-type 18K gold size 10 ring has 17 small single cut diamonds around a Caesar-type head cameo, with an additional 16 small round single cut diamonds around the outer bezel. Inside, the name "Elvis" is engraved against the backside of the cameo. Included is a color photo of Elvis placing the ring on the finger of his long-time friend Janelle McComb, plus two other b&w magazine photo pages of Elvis in a 1973 performance, wearing the ring. A 1984 Certificate of Appraisal from Harry Levitch Jewelers identifies the ring as "identical with one that we had made for Elvis Presley, however, the diamonds have been provided by persons other than us and very probably by J. Matuk on one of Elvis' trips to California." A hand-written letter from Janelle giving the ring to her son Blair and a note to Blair from Jack Sodin, president of Elvis Presley Enterprises, is also included. The ring is housed in a gray plush drawstring bag, within a white jewelry box, and is in Excellent condition.
