DescriptionElvis Presley's .22 Rifle. Elvis' interest in law enforcement in general may have been exceeded by his love of guns in particular. From small handguns to rifles, Elvis owned quite a few and in his later years was usually "packing"! Former Palm Springs police officer Richard Grob became friends with the King of Rock and Roll in the early 1970s and provided security for him when he was off-duty. Elvis would target-shoot at a police shooting range that Grob helped design. Eventually Grob resigned his job with the department in 1975 to become Elvis' chief of security. This .22 bolt-action rifle by Martin Firearms, measuring 41 inches, is from Presley's personal collection, and it's in Excellent condition. Affidavit and COA from Richard Grob. This meets the Federal Firearm Requirements (FFL).
