Elvis Presley Owned and Worn Yellow Gold With Black Sapphire Ring. Armed with a photo match of the King wearing this on his right hand, this is a yellow gold ring with a small black sapphire with a Florentine pattern. It was gifted by Elvis to his personal bodyguard Sam Thompson in late 1976. Comes with a notarized COA from Thompson with a live signature from him. In Very Good Plus condition with some scratching on the interior and chipping on the interior of the stone. COA from Heritage Auctions.
