Elvis Presley Check Book (1970s). A personal checkbook from the belongings of Elvis Presley, for his personal account in which he kept a balance of $1 million. The checkbook was usually carried for Elvis by one of his Memphis Mafia entourage members. The checkbook has four unused checks still attached; the memo stubs note checks written from October 27, 1971 to April 24, 1972 for expenses, airfare, cash, and registering Elvis' dune buggy with the DMV. The item is in Very Fine to Excellent condition. LOA from Sonny West.
