    Description

Buffalo Springfield Stampede Framed Mono/Stereo Cover Slick (1967). This unused album "slick" was intended as the cover for the second LP by Buffalo Springfield, featuring Steve Stills, Neil Young, Richie Furray, Bruce Palmer, and Dewey Martin. Plans were changed and this project was shelved; later, the band recorded new material for would finally be released as Buffalo Springfield Again. This example measures approximately 13" x 15" (sight), with "Buffalo Springfield / Stampede / Atco 33-226" printed in black down the left side where the spine would have been folded. Framed in red to an overall 14" x 16", with minor wear to the frame. COA from Heritage Auctions.
