Bobby Darin Fountain Pen/45 Record Display with Thirteen Complete Sets (Scripto/Capitol Records, 1962). An incredibly cool lot featuring the original retail display case for what must be one of the more inventive merchandising ideas of the twentieth century - a Scripto fountain pen with eight replacement cartridges (blue ink), mounted to the sleeve of a four-song Bobby Darin 45! Included with the display case is thirteen complete sets of the pen/record combo, which includes the songs "If a Man Answers," "A True, True Love," "The Sermon of Samson," and "All by Myself." Also included is the original box that would have been used to ship the display to stores! Shipping box measures 9.5" x 8" x 8", and all pieces in Fine condition, with some age appropriate toning and wear. Discs are VG-5. From the David Gest Memorabilia Archive.
