    Description

Beatles Talcum Powder Tin by Margo of Mayfair (UK, 1963). A double-sided tin container, 4.25" x 7.25" tall x 2.125" deep, titled "With The Beatles Talc". The "B" in Beatles has bug antennae at top as is sometimes seen on early items. One side has separate portraits of the four Beatles; the other has a standing collarless suit pose of the group posed with a stuffed animal and with John holding an archer's bow. Printed at the bottom is: "Manufactured in Great Britain by SD-M Ltd., 160 Piccadilly, London W.1" with "Made in England" embossed on the bottom. This British tin makes no mention of content amount, and none is included. Some minor impressions to the metal that don't affect displayability; overall Very Fine. From the Uwe Blaschke Beatles Collection.
