    Description

Beatles Set of Four Rare Clothing Hangers by Saunders (1960s). Individual heavy cardboard double-sided hangers each with a head and shoulders portrait of a Beatle. Overall sizes range from 13.75" x 15.5" (John and George) to 15.5" x 16" (Paul and Ringo). Printed at the bottom on each: "Manufactured Exclusively By Saunders Enterprises". Very few of these hangers survive to this day, and rarely have they appeared at auction. The Ringo in this set is likely from a printing subsequent to the other three Beatles, Saunders manufactured sets with both earlier and later images. All exhibit signs of use with some folds and wear. Pushout pants hanger sections are all intact and the hangers at top are sturdy and undamaged. Overall Very Good. From the Uwe Blaschke Beatles Collection.
