Beatles Disk-Go-Case Record Carrier (US, 1966). Manufactured by Charter Industries in seven "fabulous" colors, here is the red version of what was probably the hippest of all Beatle singles cases. The round case measures 9" high by 8" in diameter, with pictures and signatures of the Beatles on the front in black. Twist the handle to pop off the top, and inside is a plastic spindle on which a fan could stack their treasured Beatles wax. This case still has the sticker which offers instructions for opening the case attached, which was affixed just to the right of John - very rare in that most of these stickers were removed by the purchaser. The case is in overall Excellent condition, and is a marvelous Swinging '60s display piece! From the Uwe Blaschke Beatles Collection.
