DescriptionBeatles - Backbeat Original Oil Painting by Eric Cash. This fantastic painting depicts Ringo during the Beatles' February 1964 performance at the Washington Colosseum. Rendered in oil on canvas, signed by Cash at the bottom-left corner, measuring approximately 40" x 30". In Excellent condition.
According to artist Eric Cash: "This was the first concert in the States for the Beatles, and Ringo really delivered the goods. It was one of his most iconic and remembered performances, as Ringo was seen really hammering the kit with a lot of emotion and energy. In the footage of the show you can see Ringo's kit rocking back-and-forth so much you thought it would fall over!"
