Beatles 14" Promotional Bobb'n Head Dolls Set (Car Mascots, 1964). Very rare to see a complete set of these dolls for sale. They were so poorly packed back in 1964 they were nearly always damaged in shipping. The only way to obtain this very rare 14" Beatles Bobb'n Head set was through the manufacturer when purchasing the smaller 8' bobbin heads for resale. The 14" set was essentially made to promote the much smaller version by placing them on a vibrating stage so the Beatle fans would see the Fabs in action in department stores across. Condition: Paul has a very small round chip on the back of his right leg and minor restoration to both lower cheeks from some minor cracking. In Very Good condition. George shows some very minor gold touch up on the base, Very Good Plus. John: headstock on guitar had been repaired and brown paint on neck has been touched up, with a minor .25" crack at back of head, and some gold touch up to base, in Very Good condition. Ringo: drum sticks intact, has two restored cracks left cheek and ear, with some minor gold touch up on base, Very Good. Remember, these were made 54 years ago, and it is amazing to find a set in this condition! From the Connie and Dennis Dailey Monumental Beatles Collection.
