An International Group of 23 Beatles Magazines, Fan Publications, and Comic Books (UK, US, Germany, France, Holland, and Brazil, 1960s). This fascinating assortment of magazines shows both the geographic reach and breadth of interest generated by the Beatles. Here is a group of 23 publications which in addition to teen- and music-focused magazines, includes less typical examples ranging from German comic books, to the sophisticated US women's magazine Cosmopolitan, to France's serious newsweekly L'Express, all of which devoted covers and extensive editorial coverage to the Beatles in the 1960s. Countries represented include the UK (3), US (2), Germany (10), France (3), Holland (4), and Brazil (1). Most in Very Good or better used condition, with wear, creases, tears, and markings consistent with age and use. From the Uwe Blaschke Beatles Collection.
