Alice Cooper Press Kits from Killer and From the Inside (Warner Bros., 1971 & 1978). Offered here are two press kits from landmark 1970s Alice LPs: 1971's dark hard Rock masterpiece Killer and the 1978 collaboration between Alice and Bernie Taupin, From the Inside. The Killer kit is a white folder featuring a small image of a hanging Alice, jam-packed with ghoulish goodies, including a 23" x 34" folded poster showing Alice hanging onstage, a 24" x 22" folded, double-sided collage poster featuring images of the band at a wild party on one side, and fan letters to the band on the verso, five glossy 8" x 10" black and white photos of Alice and the band (one exhibiting 3-4 ink markings from a black pen), and a pamphlet filled with what newspapers had to say about the wild Shock Rock act. Housed in a folder designed to look like a straight jacket, the From the Inside kit includes a double-sided 8 1/2" x 11" press release detailing the LP, along with four glossy black and white 8" x 10" photos. Both in Very Good Plus condition, exhibiting minor wear. From the Inside shows some spotted foxing and chipping to the edges of the folder. COA from Heritage Auctions.
