Description

A Beatles Vintage Blue Aladdin Lunchbox with a Matching Thermos (US, 1965). An 8" x 7.5" x 3.75" (overall) metal lunchbox and thermos made by Aladdin Industries of Nashville, Tennessee, in 1965 under license by NEMS. Colorful embossed Beatle images are found on the front and the back; various other graphics are found on each side. Inside is found an original matching 6.5" tall x 3.25" diameter thermos with original cup, cap, and inside bottle intact. Aladdin created the licensed lunchbox industry with its Hopalong Cassidy model in 1950 but this was their first metal lunchbox dedicated to a pop group. A child's ink scribble on the inside lid and a few scratches and rust spots around, but overall Very Good and perfect for display with your collection. From the Uwe Blaschke Beatles Collection.
