Description

(The Beatles-Related) Original Ed Sullivan Chair From the Theater When the Beatles Played Live (February 9th, 1964). This cataloger has had the opportunity to handle a lot of rare and seldom seen items. This one is at the top of the list: an original chair that was in the theater the night the Beatles made their American debut. The chair was recovered when the Ed Sullivan Theater was renovated for the up and coming new Late Show. Measures approx: 36" tall by 23" wide. With expected wear, scratches, paint residue, and metal wear from excessive use. The vibrations that went through this chair are epic indeed. This chair bared witness to some of the best music, comedy and variety acts that ever graced the Sullivan stage. Do not miss this opportunity to add this piece of show business history to the collection. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
