    Gene Pitney, Johnny Burnette & Dorsey Burnette 1963 Bay-Area Concert Poster. An original cardboard window card advertising Gene Pitney, Johnny Burnette, his brother Dorsey Burnette, The Olympics and other acts playing a show on Saturday night, March 30, 1963. Pleasanton is in what's called the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay area.

    A robust 18 song titles adorn this poster, made by Tilghman ("till-man") Press out of Oakland. Several made the national Top 20 singles in Billboard: Pitney's "Town Without Pity" and "(The Man Who Shot) Liberty Valance," and Johnny Burnette's "You're Sixteen" (mistakenly printed here as "Sweet Sixteen), "Dreamin'" and "Little Boy Sad." The Olympics had a huge hit with "Western Movies," but for some reason it was not included in his titles.

    Measures 16" x 24 ¼". In Very Good Plus condition with creasing/fold marks throughout each corner, bumped corners, and a 1 ½" tear in the bottom center portion. COA from Heritage Auctions.
