Elvis' Framed Social Security Card. Offered is Elvis Presley's Social Security card, which was issued to him by the federal governmen. Elvis would use this card whenever he filled out a job application in the days prior to becoming the King of Rock and Roll. Some of those early career opportunities included a factory job at the Precision Tool Company for $30 a week in the summer of 1951, a movie usher job at the Loew's State Theater for $12.75 a week in the spring of 1952, and a delivery truck driver at the Crown Electric Company for $42 a week during the summer of 1953. The card is matted and framed along with photos of Elvis, as well as a pay stub from his job at Precision.
