    Bill Haley - A Signed Contract and Photograph, Circa 1950s. Five items including: 1) a contract, dated "April 1, 1959," between Bill Haley and His Comets and Jolly Joyce Theatricals, signed in blue fountain pen ink on the lower margin twice "Bill Haley;" 2) a one page rider to the contract; 3) a black and white original print photograph of the band, The Down Homers, signed by all members including Bill Haley, Shorty Cook, Bal Mason, Guy Campbell, and Lloyd Cornell; 4) another black and white original print photograph of the same band minus Haley; and 5) a book of sheet music titled Down Homers. Please note the contract has been folded a few times and the photographs are in fragile condition now due to age. Approximate size 19" x 8 1/2" and smaller. COA from Heritage Auctions.
