Beatles - Ringo Starr and Neil Aspinall Signed Business Document, 1968. This document appears to have been exercised to officially note, in writing, a change of personnel for a little-known Beatles-related entity called Python Music Limited. In part: 'It is resolved that Moor House Secretaries Limited be and is hereby appointed Secretary of the Company with effect from December 13, 1968 in the place of Mr. B.F. Burns who submitted his resignation with effect from November 20, 1968.' Signed below by Neil Aspinall in blue ink, and Ringo in black ink (as "R. Starkey"). Approximately 13" x 8". In overall Very Good condition, the sheet still crisp but with some yellowing from age, two slight vertical streaks, and a small spot of discoloration at top left, a horizontal fold mark at center and two slight creases at top and bottom. With Frank Caiazzo COA.
