The Cars: Ric Ocasek's Album Cover Worn Jacket for "Candy-O" (1979). Original vintage pink Nelco cotton jacket with black trim, worn prominently by The Cars' frontman, Ric Ocasek, on the back cover of the band's groundbreaking 1979 release "Candy-O". A small 1" stain on the left chest area is the only minor detractor, otherwise this jacket stands in fine condition. Acquired directly from Cars guitarist Elliot Easton, who loaned the jacket to Ocasek on the day of the photo shoot. Accompanied by an original pressing of the album showing Ocasek wearing the jacket, signed by Easton on the front cover in black felt tip marker. A handwritten letter of authenticity from Elliot Easton will also accompany the jacket.
