Jimi Hendrix Vest. Made of chartreuse-colored satin, lined in black satin, very simple design without buttons, likely handmade for the star as no labels are present; included with two letters of provenance; the first from Paulene Marquis who notes in part "I met Jimi in 1968...on one occasion, Jimi left his green my flat;" the second from Bob Terry who notes in part "I, Bob Terry,...purchased from Pauline [sic] reversible satin vest owned by Jimi Hendrix;" further included with a color snapshot showing Al Hendrix [Jimi's dad] standing next to a collector who is holding said vest. (Please note there are slight sweat stains under the arms and minor wear and tear evident.)
