    Elvis Presley Tour Jacket Given as a Gift to Congressman Kenneth Gray. A red satin tour jacket with embroidered Elvis in Concert and TCB logos, given as a gift to Congressman Ken Gray (D-IL, retired) by Elvis in 1977. Congressman Gray had the opportunity to get to know Elvis in 1957, during a five-day cruise from Los Angeles to Hawaii; when their paths crossed again 20 years later, at a concert in Gray's district in Southern Illinois, Elvis gave his personal jacket to him as a gift. It has been carefully stored since then, and is in Excellent condition. LOA from Congressman Ken Gray.
